  • 2 cups of pumpkin chunks (or canned organic pumpkin)
  • 1 cup of chilled coffee
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 cups of spinach (you could substitute with kale)
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Brew your coffee first, and then allow it to chill in your fridge. Once the coffee is cold, pour it in your Vitamix blender.
