Can’t decide between ice cream or fruit? No need to compromise. Here’s a recipe for home made ice cream from Food Matters (foodmatters.tv) that’s “berry” delicious (see what I did there?). And it seriously can’t get any easier than this to make!
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen berries
WHAT TO DO
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Run the mixture through an ice cream machine as per instructions.
- If you don’t have an ice cream machine, place in the freezer in a large container and freeze until firm (approx. 4 hours), removing every hour to whisk with a fork.
