It’s less than a week after Thanksgiving so I’m still “all about that cleanse!” I really want to help my body get rid of those nasty toxins? This recipe consists of one of nature’s greatest anti-inflammatory ingredients—turmeric. It also has another one of nature’s delicious anti-inflammatory ingredients–pineapple. Add some alkalizing grapefruit and you have a great first-thing-in-the-morning drink. Juice the remaining ingredients, including the additional anti-inflammatory power of ginger, and enjoy!
Awesome Cleansing Pineapple Juice
- 4 cups pineapple, diced
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup mint leaves
- 1 lime, peeled but with pit
- 1 inch ginger
- ½ inch turmeric
Add all ingredients to your Vitamix, blend and serve.
